Surfmed is seeking talented bilingual (English/Spanish) DME Customer Service Representatives to join their growing customer service team. The position involves assisting patients with order status, processing DME orders, and providing exceptional customer service interactions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Calls, assist patients/callers with order status
- Process DME orders
- Confirm shipments and reputed company tracking
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with both reputed company customers. Utilizes reputed company telephone and email techniques and etiquette, demonstrating respect and reputed company in every patient/caregiver reputed company customer interaction
- Work across department lines to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
Skills
- 1-2 Years Previous reputed company/Medical Customer Service / Call Center Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
