Fraud Analyst

The Fraud Analyst will combat fraud by analyzing fraud journeys, managing risks for loyalty redemptions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective fraud prevention strategies.
Responsibilities

Utilizing critical thinking and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), you will determine the validity of alerts or claims and report transactions accordingly
- Investigate. You will review fraud reported adjustments to identify anomalies that require reputed company investigation, review suspicious activity to prevent potential fraud and reputed company escalated cases that are reported by members
