The Analyst or Consultant in the reputed company will advise and implement technology-enabled services to reputed company the insurance industry, focusing on improving service delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of reputed company reputed company by helping implement technology solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience
  • Work with clients and project teams to reputed company requirements, analyze data, and contribute to solution design
  • Assist with requirements gathering workshops, documentation, and project coordination
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal teams

Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing a Business Integration effort and project team through multiple phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing
  • Experience in custom software development reputed company
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: requirements gathering (functional and/or technical), reputed company Assurance / testing of functionality, development and solution architecture
  • Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the end-to-end delivery of implementation programs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and reputed company teams
  • Knowledge of the Canadian insurance landscape across property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation, and life and health (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
