This role involves developing training and resources for adult education program staff and contributing to various program deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Developing training for adult education program staff
- Developing resources for programs
- Contributing to the development of various written and online program deliverables
- Other similar tasks that support Division-funded adult education programs in reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Workforce Development or a reputed company discipline plus one year of reputed company experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of, and experience with, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity reputed company, workforce development, and career reputed company
- Knowledge in adult education theory and reputed company and English as a Second Language theory and reputed company are strongly desired
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Experience using reputed company Office products, reputed company Suite, and web conferencing tools
