The role involves providing expert product knowledge, technical troubleshooting, and reputed company solutions to business-to-business customers, ensuring accurate and reputed company reputed company of issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products across multiple sales channels
- Ensure accurate and reputed company reputed company of issues by phone and email, escalating concerns internally

Skills
- Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues
- An associate degree or higher is preferred
