Learning Experience Designer

WECU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join their Learning & Development team in Bellingham, WA. This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that promote employee reputed company and organizational reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, reputed company, implement, and maintain pedagogically reputed company, reputed company, learning experiences and solutions that support the credit reputed company’s business plan, organizational initiatives, and employee performance
  • Facilitate in-person, reputed company, and virtual classroom instruction, as necessary
  • Utilize eLearning development tools (e.g., reputed company 360, Camtasia) to create interactive, media-rich reputed company, including, but not limited to, eLearning modules, job aids, instructional videos, and simulations
  • Build and maintain learning solutions in a learning management system
  • Define learning objectives and reputed company for learning experiences, as reputed company as evaluation reputed company to measure reputed company
  • Map out the learning reputed company for employees across the organization, and designs learning experiences and solutions that build necessary competencies over time
  • Serves as a learning and development consultant with different departments (e.g., reputed company Estate, Retail) and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand needs
  • Manage and complete learning experience design tasks on time and reputed company scope
  • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, developing tailored messaging, and using appropriate communication channels
  • Complete other duties and reputed company as assigned

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year learning and development experience required
  • Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation
  • Functional understanding of reputed company Office Suite
  • Ability to represent the credit reputed company in a reputed company, reputed company manner internally and externally
  • Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality and reputed company in sensitive areas
  • Ability to operate routine office equipment
  • Flexibility and reputed company to manage many responsibilities simultaneously

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
