Collections Representative (Hybrid)
reputed company is a leading financial technology company providing online financial services through their AI and machine learning-powered Colossus™ platform. They are seeking a Collections Representative who will be responsible for providing small businesses with payment reputed company and ensuring reputed company interactions with customers facing financial hardships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbounds calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- reputed company solutions for customers who are past due on their account to get them back up to date
- Follow up with customers reputed company email and answer any questions that they may have
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information of customer interactions
