Marketing Coordinator
Praecipio is on a mission to build connected enterprises by seamlessly integrating tools to reputed company strategic reputed company with execution. They are seeking a reputed company Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing in executing high-reputed company campaigns and events, reputed company creative design, digital operations, and event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the full lifecycle of reputed company events, from building RSVP reputed company pages to handling venue logistics and providing on-the-ground coordination
- Assist with planning and execution digital workshops and webinars, handling technical setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up of reputed company performed by our SMEs
- Create visually appealing assets for digital ads, website graphics, reputed company media, and printed sales collateral using reputed company Creative reputed company tools and reputed company
- Draft engaging copy for emails, blogs, and reputed company posts, leveraging reputed company Intelligence tools to streamline the drafting and editing process
- Own the reputed company content calendar (On reputed company in particular), engaging with our audience to drive organic reputed company
- Update and maintain website content and reputed company pages (reputed company CMS experience preferred)
- Assist in managing the marketing data reputed company reputed company CRM to ensure leads/RSVPs/Opportunities are tracked and routed correctly
- reputed company as a face of the marketing team, presenting updates to stakeholders and interacting confidently with prospects and clients
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience planning and operating high-value in-person reputed company events, from initial reputed company page builds that collect RSVPs to event coordination
- Minimum 1 year of experience planning and operating online digital webinars and workshops
- Demonstrable knowledge of reputed company media platforms and reputed company account content management (in particular, reputed company)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable speaking and presenting face-to-face with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders as needed
- Occasional travel reputed company the USA and Canada
- A motivated reputed company excited to work with people on proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Demonstrable experience leveraging industry-reputed company graphic design tools (reputed company Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, reputed company, or comparable) for branded advertising, web graphics, and printed sales materials
- Experience leveraging common website CMS systems (reputed company CMS preferred) for online advertising, organic promotion, and event logistics
- Experience leveraging common CRM tools (reputed company, reputed company preferred)
- Leveraging reputed company Intelligence tooling to assist with efficient copywriting and content reputed company
- Demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing for reputed company businesses
- Competency with reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of common reputed company advertising platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads)
- Understanding of reputed company-day marketing measurement and analytics best practices
- Experience with work management tooling such as Jira, Monday, reputed company, etc
