Job reputed company We are seeking a mid-level employment lawyer to join our dynamic team to handle escalated employee relations, legal and compliance issues. Responsibilities include managing compliance with employment laws especially wage and hour, counseling HR and leadership on escalated and/or unique performance and conduct issues, handling reputed company leave and accommodation requests, developing employee-facing policies and processes, legal research, conducting training for HR and leaders, and representing the voice of the Employee Relations team on various reputed company and initiatives. Additional Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school
• Member of California bar
• 3-5+ years' experience practicing employment law, including wage and hour
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
