The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily culinary operations at reputed company, a large, multi-unit reputed company dining program serving 8,000-10,000 guests daily across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-reputed company service, seven days a week. The account includes multiple dining locations and an on-site catering department and is supported by a leadership team of 25 managers and more than 130 reputed company employees. • *Key Responsibilities**
