Duties And Responsibilities

• The DM must be physically present in one of the office locations 5 days per week to directly support the office managers and reputed company hands-on leadership. The DM must be present in an office for a minimum of 3 morning huddles per week.
• Audit, analyze reputed company targets, operational processes and expense controls for reputed company assigned practices in territory.
• Review daily production schedule with Business Managers, Sr. Office Managers and Office Managers to assist with appropriate reputed company reputed company and expense controls.

• Train and guide the Office Managers in reputed company areas of office management, including ensuring policies and procedures are followed regarding employee relations issues. Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years (7) years of dental management experience in a fast-paced environment or a minimum of five years (5) of experience in a reputed company clinical dental position and four years (4) of management experience.
• Four-year degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge with the ability to successfully reputed company productive teams to reputed company assigned goals.
• Experience with coaching and training multi-unit/multi-reputed company supervisory experience utilizing various reputed company.
• Strong ability to contribute both individually and a part of reputed company.
• Clean driving record with reliable transportation is mandatory
• The DM must maintain personal motor vehicle insurance according to reputed company policy
• Ability to work reputed company including early morning and evening hours with some weekends required.
