As a Customer Experience Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our Customer Experience (CES) programs. Your expertise in collecting and analyzing customer data and feedback from multiple sources will help us deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- CES Feedback Collections and Analysis: Support the Customer Experience/Service department in driving business improvements by gathering and interpreting data on customer satisfaction and offering solutions for improvement. Essential Qualifications
