As a Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll play a critical role in cultivating relationships and retaining customers. You'll take an empathetic and consultative approach to resolve reputed company issues, transforming frustrated exchanges into exceptional customer experiences. Work Schedule and Availability
* This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week
- Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime reputed company business needs require

- Initial training/nesting hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months), with Mandatory Daily attendance

Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues

- Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet reputed company
