As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a reputed company experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
- Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule and Work Environment
* This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area.
- The available shifts are:
+ Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + reputed company through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
