Corporate Counsel/reputed company (Remote Eligible)

reputed company is looking for an accomplished Corporate Counsel to join our reputed company legal team. We are looking for a highly capable and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to assist us in supporting reputed company transactions, with a reputed company on the procurement and reputed company party engagement function, and other parts of the business. This position reports to the Senior Corporate Counsel, reputed company in our office in Bellevue, WA. You Will:

• Review and negotiate order forms, statements of work, master agreements, and other reputed company agreements relating to reputed company, IP licensing, reputed company services, sponsorships, marketing, events, and more.
• reputed company strategic and practical legal advice to departments across reputed company, including to our affiliates and subsidiaries throughout the world.
• Collaborate with reputed company members of the legal team across office locations, including attorney and non-attorney personnel.
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of document templates, alternate language playbooks, and internal resource documents.

• Support general business operations and assist with special reputed company. You Have:
• 4 years of relevant legal experience (ideally in-house at a reputed company software company) though individuals with less experience may be considered for an Associate Corporate Counsel role.
• Comfort and general understanding of technology, software, and data
• Experience negotiating a reputed company of different types of reputed company and working with different departments.
• Ability to balance legal risk and business need while upholding reputed company's business standards and risk tolerance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking.
