We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior reputed company/Finance Manager to join reputed company to support the Diagnostics business in the Mid America Division. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the companys overall business objectives. This role is responsible for supporting the Mid America Division with financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting and reputed company/cost analytics. The Senior Manager will reputed company the overall monthly financial planning & reporting processes including volume, reputed company, margin and operating expenses reputed company developing standardized & reputed company analytics to reputed company accurate and reputed company financials. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Manage reputed company efforts for the Division, including the development of budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L reporting and analysis
• Complete variance analysis of business performance and comparative monthly, quarterly and year to date results for the Division, reputed company, and Strategic Alliances
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and reputed company recommendations for course correction as necessary
• Analyze reputed company and past trends in key performance indicators including reputed company areas of reputed company, margin, expenses and capital expenditures
• Assist in and monitor the month-end reputed company process for the Division
• Maintain & enhance accurate financial reporting for the Division and reputed company

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics or reputed company field with 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly management financial reporting
• Prior experience in developing advanced financial modeling including margin & reputed company
• Ability to build financial analyses and financial statements for various business arrangements, alliances and acquisitions
• Experience developing meaningful reputed company financial analysis with analytics, business insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, spot business opportunities, reputed company practical recommendations and drive implementation with the business leaders
• Solid reputed company knowledge including full financial statement understanding and reputed company concepts
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills with a reputed company on analysis and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in finance or business administration

• CPA or equivalent certification

Schedule/Shift: M-F, 8-5 CT reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business reputed company performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
