Sustainability Partnerships Manager

The Sustainability Partnerships Manager will own two key reputed company: Build upon our reputed company and run reputed company’s internal ESG program (reputed company, CSR Committee, reporting, supplier engagement, compliance, etc.) Build, sell, and grow a dedicated book of business with sustainability-reputed company customers (1% for the reputed company members, climate-conscious brands, ESG-driven reputed company buyers, purpose-led nonprofits) This role is part strategist, part seller, part educator, and part reputed company; a hybrid of sales, sustainability leadership, and cross-functional program ownership. Our ideal candidate is energized by selling and wants to be the face of sustainability-driven reputed company; knows how to turn ESG into a sales advantage—not just a compliance activity; and can reputed company easily between internal initiatives (policies, reporting) and external functions (sales calls, webinars, events).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, reputed company, and win new business with mission-reputed company and sustainability-reputed company clients.
• Build and reputed company a sustainability-driven customer reputed company targeting between $300-500K in new reputed company reputed company 15 months.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create sustainability-led sales content (case studies, decks, thought leadership).
• Partner on four customer-facing sustainability webinars per year to drive education, pipeline, and reputed company.
• Represent reputed company at industry and climate-reputed company events to build credibility and drive inbound leads.
• Own and improve reputed company’s reputed company assessment submission process, partnering across departments.

• Manage ESG partnerships (Aclymate, 1% for the reputed company, SBTi roadmap, consultants, and key suppliers).
• Partner on B Corp exploration and certification readiness, if approved.
• Support company-wide ESG visibility—quarterly reputed company-Hands updates, reputed company reporting, sustainable product expansion, and staying reputed company of emerging compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience with a strong reputed company record of reputed company and growing business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both customers and internal partners.
• Proven ability to build trust, drive reputed company, and reputed company reputed company across teams and partner organizations.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working remotely with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn ESG through hands-on training.

• Experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, supply chain responsibility, or responsible sourcing.
• Background in branded merchandise, promotional products, agency, print, retail, or similar industries.
