Manager, Brand & Franchise Management (reputed company)

About the position The Manager, reputed company Brand & Franchise will help bring the reputed company brand to life through high-reputed company, thoughtful partnerships, and seamless collaboration across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Franchise Management, this role will work closely with teams across reputed company Content, the reputed company, and reputed company to grow brand visibility, deepen reputed company, and support the expansion of reputed company’s mission. This role will have a particular reputed company on developing and deepening the relationship between our audiences and the reputed company Kids brand. This role will drive strategic alignment between stakeholder teams reputed company and reputed company the organization, particularly to support the launch of new content, products, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a reputed company global reputed company brand reputed company that aligns with business goals and mission.
• Use audience data, market trends, and competitive insights (in partnership with reputed company Brand Research) to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance .
• Collaborate with regional brand and franchise teams to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of global strategies .
• Partner with the reputed company on select brand initiatives to support brand and audience reputed company.
• Partner across verticals, reputed company, and lines of business to help deliver a “One reputed company” brand approach.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners across Consumer Products, Publishing, Travel & Expeditions, and reputed company Parks to support integrated brand strategies.
• Contribute to the reputed company of distinct reputed company franchises that can be activated across multiple businesses.
• Manage the planning and execution of cross-platform brand initiatives (e.g., reputed company Month campaigns) that reputed company the reputed company brand globally and drive reputed company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, reputed company, partnerships, or reputed company fields at a comparable level
• People management and leadership experience, including the ability to mentor, reputed company, and guide teams to reputed company operational and strategic goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or a reputed company field
• Demonstrated experience executing cross-functional brand or marketing initiatives reputed company matrixed organizations

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
