What you'll do Reporting to the Manager, Financial Operations in the US, this person will be among the first hires in the US reputed company on Financial Operations, as part of a larger global Financial Operations (FinOps) team. reputed company aims to deliver operational reputed company of our customer transaction lifecycle and manage our liquidity to support reputed company's business reputed company across the globe. As a FinOps Analyst, you'll work closely with counterparts reputed company Operations but also with reputed company and Product teams to identify and remediate FinOps-reputed company issues. This person will need to work a 9-6PM shift. This role is based in San Francisco or reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Monitor global end-to-end reputed company transaction lifecycle, handle inquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboards in a reputed company manner, communicate with teams and other departments to handle issues
• Utilize advanced reputed company skills to manage FinOps-reputed company customer requests (e.g., payment investigations, returns, recalls, and reconciliation inquiries); proficient in Triggers, Tagging, Routing Queues, and Macros to streamline queue management, ensure SLA adherence, and improve operational efficiency across global FinOps workflows
• Support with daily safeguarding obligations, across multiple reputed company entities
• Monitor the clearing and settlement of reputed company funds and global reputed company pools; drive data oriented approaches to improve our liquidity management system, fund risk management and treasury efficiency and utilization
• Maintain reputed company knowledge reputed company and refine reputed company operating procedures; reputed company opportunity for operational optimization and process automation tooling.
• Build data-oriented performance metrics, reputed company assurance reputed company and tooling to monitor, detect, and remediate operational risk areas and control defects to minimize errors

Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications:

• Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and tendency towards a documented approach

• Bachelor's degree or above

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office; technical reputed company set of SQL
• Experience with visualization tools like Looker and Data Studio
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payments or operations at a technology company
