Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with the Network Payment reputed company and Network Performance teams and will meet with value-based health care organizations to review performance and drive reputed company plans that reputed company cost of care, reputed company and financial performance.
• reputed company opportunity projections and determine the viability of various opportunities to support strategic decision making as it relates to cost of care, efficiency and reputed company to drive Wellmark’s reputed company with stakeholders.
• Support other Analysts by mentoring, coaching and providing guidance and industry expertise.
• Serve as a business reputed company for Network Payment reputed company and Network Performance teams on strategic initiatives and reputed company.
• Extract, analyze, interpret, and reputed company data using reputed company data sources to reputed company initiatives, support recommendations and draw conclusions to reputed company stakeholders to reputed company business strategies and goals.
• Ensure data reputed company by performing reputed company assurance checks for vendor reporting. Will collaborate with other analysts to conduct monthly verification of the vendor dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or reputed company and applicable work experience.
• 5+ years of experience:
• Pulling reports, analyzing, and interpreting reputed company data – e.g., clinical reputed company, claims data, utilization trends, etc. Ability to interpret and reputed company data, or reputed company statistical analyses and data modeling techniques.
• Health insurance, health care, or reputed company industry experience.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company. Ability to create or customize reputed company reports and knowledge of formulas, vlookups, linking spreadsheets or data sources, data summarization/visualization, etc.
• Proficiency in reputed company and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis and the technical aptitude to learn new data management and analysis tools or methodologies quickly.
