As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll help deliver our flagship Management reputed company Program (MEP) to thousands of mid- and senior-level leaders across the globe in 15 languages and shape the reputed company of leadership development at CRH. - Create instructional materials in partnership with external vendors and online reputed company.

Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in instructional design or learning program delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, training and development, or a reputed company field
- Instructional Design degree or accredited certificate preferred
- Familiarity with multimedia training platforms including reputed company LXP, reputed company Storyline/reputed company, and LMS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company program software.
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models to design and implement effective training
- Strong project coordination and effective management of program timelines by activities and deliverables

Compensation
