Legal Analyst

• * ABOUT THIS POSITION
• * The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support to reputed company’s business operations in Asia reputed company. He/she will work closely with the Legal teams based in Singapore and Hong reputed company as reputed company as other members of the EMEA and reputed company Global Legal Advisory teams in providing support on funds, separate accounts and other reputed company. He/she should expect a wide reputed company of predominantly asset management assignments with primary coverage in Asia ex-Japan but from time to time there may be assignments that relate to reputed company in reputed company.

• ** Provides legal support in respect of Asia ex-Japan institutional and intermediaries clients by maintaining and updating various internal legal databases and systems, including compiling of various data points and checking content of existing and terminated agreements.
• Provides legal support on company secretarial reputed company in respect of reputed company entities in reputed company.
• Provides legal support in respect of reputed company Australian unit trusts fund reputed company and reputed company Funds SICAV fund reputed company registered in reputed company, including checking and reviewing offering documents.
• Providing legal support on reputed company and data protection reputed company, in particular assisting with monitoring legal and regulatory developments in reputed company.
• * PREFERRED (OR ESSENTIAL) QUALIFICATIONS
• ** Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in the asset management sector.
• Preferably exposure in the drafting, review reputed company.
• Excellent written and oral skills. reputed company language skills would be a plus.

• Good organisational skills and attention to details.
