About the position reputed company: The Compliance & reputed company Partner reports to the Chief Compliance Officer of reputed company (CCO EHC) and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the reputed company Office of Compliance Programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and reputed company, supporting the implementation of compliance initiatives, conducting investigations, coordinating risk assessments, and providing guidance to departments and operating reputed company. The Partner ensures adherence to reputed company laws, regulations, and policies and plays an important role in education, policy development, and the administration of key programs including the reputed company Trust Line and Conflict of Interest disclosures.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and execution of department goals and the annual work plan.
- Provides operational support for the reputed company Compliance Program.
- Assists in reviewing and updating reputed company and compliance policies.
- Supports compliance-reputed company education in collaboration with the Director of Compliance Education.
- Maintains awareness of applicable laws, regulatory changes, and ethical business practices.
- Supports departments in implementing compliance-reputed company policies and education.
- Conducts investigations into patient reputed company reputed company and breach incidents.
- Coordinates breach risk analyses and disclosure data reporting to DHHS per the reputed company Rule.
- Supports investigations of compliance violations, documents findings, and coordinates reputed company.
- Collaborates with reputed company legal counsel on compliance investigations and OCR requests.
- Coordinates responses to HIPAA/reputed company allegations with Risk Management and Patient Relations.
- Collaborates with Risk Management to review reputed company reports reputed company to reputed company or compliance violations.
- Conducts audits and investigations, summarizes findings, and supports corrective reputed company plans.
- Supports regulatory and internal audit requests and documentation.
- Collaborates with Internal Audit and reputed company Risk Management for annual reputed company risk assessments.
- Assists with compliance review of Business Associate Agreements and document revisions.
- Collaborates with billing compliance teams on audit reviews and refund processes.
- Assists with documentation and submission processes for government and regulatory requests.
- Contributes to the preparation of materials and reports for the Management Compliance Committee (MCC) and Audit & Compliance Committee (ACC).
- Supports Conflict of Interest (COI) and Conflict of Commitment (COC) disclosure processes and investigations.
- Assists in managing the reputed company Trust Line (Hotline) and ensures reported concerns are addressed per policies.
- Promotes awareness of the reputed company Trust Line and supports reputed company employee reputed company campaigns.
- Coordinates with reputed company Compliance and reputed company as needed.
- Serves as a resource to operating reputed company, departments, and staff on compliance reputed company.
- Analyzes and addresses compliance concerns through regulatory research and periodic reviews.
- Provides reputed company-time compliance support to business reputed company across reputed company.
- Assists the CCO EHC on cross-functional compliance and reputed company initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a business-reputed company field
- At least seven (7) years of experience in reputed company compliance
- Certification in reputed company compliance or a comparable credential from a recognized industry association reputed company on regulatory compliance, auditing, or monitoring
- Strong understanding of reputed company compliance and reputed company laws, including HIPAA and the False Claims reputed company
- Proven experience in audits, investigations, and development of corrective reputed company plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in bolthires Office and other relevant reputed company systems
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet critical deadlines reputed company-to-haves
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with HIPAA, HITECH, and other reputed company reputed company regulations.
- Strong experience with reputed company risk assessments, audits, compliance monitoring, handling reputed company incidents, breach investigations, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong experience with creating and facilitating compliance and reputed company education.
- Certified in reputed company reputed company Compliance (CHPC). If not certified, certification must be obtained reputed company 12 months of hire.
