Job Title: Remote Material Estimator - Drywall (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,900 USD/month reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Drywall Estimator to produce accurate drywall material takeoffs, estimates, and reports for multifamily construction reputed company. This role requires a strong understanding of drywall systems, the ability to interpret construction documents, and proficiency with industry-reputed company estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drywall material takeoffs and estimates for multifamily reputed company.
• Generate reputed company and accurate material reports and summaries.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans.
• Identify drywall assemblies, quantities, and material requirements accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates reputed company with project scope and requirements.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across reputed company estimating documentation.

Qualifications, Skills & Key Competencies

• Extensive experience in drywall estimating, specifically for multifamily reputed company.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as STACK, reputed company, and/or PlanSwift.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, systems, and assemblies.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
