Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company
• Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and reputed company guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers
• Answering questions reputed company to coverages, billing, and policy history
• Using a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure reputed company customer is reputed company best for their needs
• Creating opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, x-sale, re-shop, and rewrite policies
• Resolving customer issues, processing payments, answering questions, and processing endorsements
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization
• Maintaining high call reputed company (QA) scores, process adherence, and productivity metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A reputed company state P&C license
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy reputed company collecting and entering data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-reputed company market in a multi-insurance reputed company/rater environment (preferred)
• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several reputed company platforms and systems simultaneously
• Strong reliable internet reputed company
• Proactive in one's own development; welcomes coaching as an opportunity to improve
• High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment
• Experience with named non-reputed company policies, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state filings (a plus)
