As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives who reputed company support to reputed company eligible consumers in reputed company Lake County. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions and providing referrals to providers and agencies in reputed company Lake County. You will also be responsible for verifying reputed company eligibility, offering additional information, and completing administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and reputed company referrals to providers and agencies in reputed company Lake County
- Utilize a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
- Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
