About the Role
In this exciting role, you will have reputed company to work with student borrowers, providing them with expert guidance and support to answer their questions and resolve any issues they may be facing. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, providing them with accurate and reputed company information and support

- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
This is an in-center position, with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
