We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative II to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners, responding to inbound calls and voicemails, and creating accurate call logs in our system. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls and voicemails to the provider relations line, including inquiries about application status for provider enrollment, assistance applying for a reputed company provider number, and compliance reviews.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.
• Creating accurate call logs in our system, summarizing contact details with providers and applicants.
• Supporting team and business goals for enrollment support and customer service.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed, including document uploads.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in reputed company environment.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, and internet skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, based on policy and procedure.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• A Bachelor's degree and 2 years reputed company experience or 36 months and a minimum of two years reputed company experience working with critical care providers, reputed company health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• One year of the experience must have included provider monitoring, reputed company or reputed company-party payer provider billing, or provider training.
• One year of the experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private reputed company, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based reputed company service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations.

Working Conditions

As a remote employee, you'll work from home with reputed company to a quiet workspace with limited noise and distractions. You'll need a reliable internet reputed company and a computer with updated software to support remote desktop. The hours for this position are from 8:00am-4:30pm EST, and a headset is required.

Temporary Assignment
