As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families while handling medical reputed company cycle-reputed company tasks. This is a fully remote opportunity, and you will work closely with our supervisor to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a reputed company manner (50%)
