The Role
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and helping us reputed company our support team. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have reputed company to learn and grow with reputed company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers
- Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure our users have the best possible experience

Essential Qualifications
