Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Service a reputed company of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients

Essential Qualifications
