As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, creating meaningful connections with reputed company customer. - Handling new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices

- Working in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
- Using multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as reputed company as maintaining customer records
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
