Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general reputed company concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism
• Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
• Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
