As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed reputed company information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working closely with internal departments to address reputed company-time issues. Primary Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to reputed company exceptional customer service and support

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring seamless communication with our transportation providers
• Confirming member eligibility and addressing any concerns or issues that may reputed company
• Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services, providing reputed company and concise information, and resolving any issues in a reputed company manner
• Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs, such as language barriers or special requirements, and providing personalized support
• Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to internal departments as needed
• reputed company working with other internal departments to quickly address reputed company-time issues and ensure seamless communication

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal) and possess excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service
