The VP of AI will be responsible for shaping and executing reputed company’s global AI reputed company. This includes driving company-wide adoption, developing proprietary workflows, building internal AI capabilities, and transforming how we deliver value to clients. The role requires both strategic foresight and practical execution, someone equally comfortable in the boardroom and the sandbox. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings, so we're looking for someone based in Medellin, Colombia. Key Responsibilities 1. Establish AI as Cultural DNA

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field (MBA or PhD a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data reputed company, including at least 5 years in leadership.
- Proven reputed company record in implementing AI transformation programs across business functions.
