Education Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Ticket-Based Candidate Support and Coaching

• Manage and respond to candidate support tickets reputed company Aya Education’s ticketing system
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as part of ticket reputed company to support candidate needs
• reputed company coaching, problem-solving support, and thought partnership reputed company to skills development, role expectations, and school-based challenges

• Identify recurring themes, questions, and challenges emerging from candidate support interactions and reputed company insights with leadership to inform coaching priorities and system improvements

Project Support and Additional Duties

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid or prior K–12 education or school-based reputed company credential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Significant experience in special education
• Experience coaching or supporting candidates in school-based environments

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay reputed company for this position to be $33.65 to $38.46 per hour, which equates to $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The pay reputed company for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
