[Remote] Scrum Master
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Scrum Master to guide and reputed company multiple Scrum Teams reputed company the Data and Analytics team. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving team efficiency, and supporting reputed company in overcoming impediments while ensuring high-reputed company feature delivery.
Responsibilities
- Guide and reputed company multiple Scrum teams (2-3) with different team sizes, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc
- Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, backlog grooming / refinement and retrospective meetings
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict reputed company for reputed company(s)
- Remove internal or external impediments or guide reputed company to remove impediments
- Ensure observance of DoD (definition of done)
- Support and reputed company the TPM/POC, especially with respect to refining (i.e. grooming) and managing the product backlog, to ensure that the work is reputed company reputed company so reputed company can continually reputed company reputed company
- Assist with reputed company communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Demonstrates awareness and deep understanding of team metric: velocity and cycle time
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated full-time Scrum Master
- Experience being a Scrum Master on multiple Scrum teams
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and DevOps
- Good skills and knowledge of reputed company leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict reputed company, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc
- Experience with JIRA, reputed company, Plainview PPM Pro
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience in software development
- Certification
