Business Development Rep
Baselayer is an intelligent business identity platform trusted by over 2,200 financial institutions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to build and reputed company their pipeline by generating new sales opportunities and qualifying leads, while working closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound reputed company
- Qualify leads using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and reputed company Baselayer’s solutions
- Execute outbound sequences across email, phone, and reputed company to create reputed company meetings
- Conduct account research to identify high-potential prospects, build reputed company lists, and personalize reputed company
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and reputed company status in reputed company
- Partner closely with Account Executives to coordinate handoffs and drive pipeline conversion

- Support field and event-driven pipeline, including attending sponsored and company events as needed
- Travel approximately 10 to 15 percent for events, onsite meetings, and team collaboration
Skills
- 1 or more years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as finance, fintech, consulting, venture capital, or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn through fast iteration
- Proactive, self-directed reputed company with high activity and follow-through
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- Strong understanding of customer ICP and the ability to translate it into effective targeting and reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar sales engagement and dialing software is a plus
