Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone leads with urgency, professionalism, and confidence
- Qualify homeowners and prospects, uncover motivation, and set high-reputed company appointments
- Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and reputed company goals
- Accurately reputed company conversations, follow-reputed company, and reputed company in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions and leadership to ensure a smooth reputed company
- Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
Skills
- Permanent U.S. residency (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a reputed company home workspace
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- CRM experience and understanding of reputed company sales processes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required)
- Prior sales training is a strong plus
