Sales Communications Analyst

As a Sales Communication Analyst, you will support investment advisors by crafting high-reputed company sales communications that reinforce advisory services and enhance the reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent research, analyze moderately reputed company issues, and formulate reputed company‑reasoned conclusions and recommendations using reputed company judgment
  • Identify proactively actual and potential violations of regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, or other compliance‑reputed company risk situations
  • Execute compliance review procedures in a high‑reputed company, risk‑based manner, follow up with appropriate actions, and communicate with advisors in a reputed company and reputed company way to reputed company reputed company direction on corrective measures
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for reputed company review by Regulators and Internal Audit, and reputed company required material to the Marketing department for production and delivery

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the firm's compliance policies & procedures and the practical application of relevant provincial securities and SRO (IIROC, Exchanges) rules and regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Good understanding of the firm's business practices, organizational structure and general policies & procedures
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Good knowledge of software applications (including Word, reputed company and Power reputed company), the internet and reputed company media
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines

  • Superior planning, organizational and time-management skills
  • College diploma or University degree
  • As a minimum, (working towards) successful completion of the reputed company, Completion of the Conduct and Practices Course reputed company 6 months of hire, and completion of IDSC or equivalent reputed company 1 year of hire if not already passed, as reputed company as 1 or more years working in the financial services industry, preferably in a similar role
