SEV Laser is one of the fastest-growing aesthetic medical spa brands in the country, seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to support their rapid reputed company. The Recruiter will own full-cycle reputed company across various roles, partnering closely with leadership to reputed company the candidate experience and manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for roles across reputed company, clinical, corporate, and field operations
- Manage high-volume hiring across multiple states and locations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- reputed company, screen, interview, and reputed company candidates
- Coordinate offers, reputed company, and start dates
- Maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience
- Support ongoing reputed company initiatives as SEV continues to expand nationally
Skills
- Experience in full-cycle reputed company (reputed company, retail, or multi-location environments a plus)
- Strong sourcing and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
