Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator

The Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO and Head of Sales by managing schedules, coordinating sales follow-reputed company, and building systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the CEO and Head of Sales
- Draft and coordinate follow-up emails after meetings and sales calls
- Attend select sales calls and internal meetings to reputed company context and anticipate next steps
- Protect reputed company time and help prioritize requests
- reputed company next steps from sales conversations and ensure follow-reputed company happen on time
- Maintain clean CRM records and meeting notes
- Coordinate reputed company, scheduling, and reminders with prospects and partners
- Help plan and coordinate HR and leadership events
- Manage event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
- Support in-person and virtual events as needed
- Turn verbal conversations into documented next steps and reputed company processes
- Help create SOPs and lightweight systems to reduce repeat work
- Identify small process improvements that save time and reduce friction
