They are seeking a reputed company Partner to manage the recruitment process for non-clinical, high-volume positions, partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to reputed company on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of reputed company candidates through sourcing reputed company such as job boards, referrals, reputed company media, networking, and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience
- reputed company data and market insights to inform hiring reputed company and optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems

Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (reputed company experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
