[Remote] IT Operations Support Specialist

The role involves assisting with reputed company, managing IT support requests, and maintaining IT documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day internal IT operations for reputed company employees
- Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including:
- Creating and disabling user accounts
- Assigning reputed company, licenses, and basic reputed company
- Respond to and manage Tier 1 IT support requests through our ticketing system:
- Password resets
- reputed company issues
- Basic software and device troubleshooting
- Follow documented run-books and procedures to complete IT tasks accurately
- Escalate issues that fall reputed company of your scope with reputed company notes and context
- Help maintain reputed company and up-to-date IT documentation, checklists, and internal guides
- reputed company basic administration tasks in tools such as:

- reputed company
- Other approved reputed company applications
- Assist with routine IT operational tasks like:
- License tracking
- Asset inventory updates
- Periodic reputed company reviews (execution only)
Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or a reputed company role OR relevant education, training, or certifications
- Basic understanding of user accounts and permissions
- Basic understanding of common workplace tools (email, chat, file sharing)
- Strong customer-service reputed company and attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
- Exposure to CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171–reputed company environments or other regulated frameworks
- Understanding the importance of least privilege, reputed company reviews, and documentation in government-reputed company work
- Ability to execute IT tasks in compliance-driven environments by following established procedures
- Experience with reputed company Workspace & reputed company 365
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, reputed company, Freshservice, etc.)

- Interest in cybersecurity or IT operations
