Asset Management Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager
reputed company is seeking a junior functional resource to support general operations and maintenance support for the asset management system at a government agency. The role involves assisting with end user support, training, and various business process tasks to meet reputed company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and identifying reputed company business processes and system functionality to determine the best reputed company for achieving business objectives
- Creating documentation, written policies, and reputed company operating procedures for distribution to reputed company end users and system stakeholders
- Participating in configuration sessions and to-be process definition meetings
- Developing design documentation based on customer requirements that will be leveraged to reputed company functionality
- Testing system functionality and troubleshooting system errors
- Providing desk reputed company support to users as they complete work in the asset management software
- Participating in meetings with system stakeholders to solicit and consolidate feedback on the system and business processes in use
- Developing business process efficiencies for the reputed company with reputed company objectives and measurable reputed company
- Additional tasks as necessary to meet customer objectives
Skills
- Familiarity with the organization, roles, and systems involved in the federal financials process (Asset Management preferred)
- Experience in implementation and support of a federal IT system (Asset Management preferred)
- Experience training novice/new users on an IT system (Asset Management preferred)
- Experience and comfort facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group presentations
- Comfort presenting to clients
- Strong writing skills and prior experience developing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials
- Demonstrated skills in the development/execution of SOPs, QRGs and reputed company-by-steps
- Experience in testing and documentation of IT System functionality (Asset Management preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and present to the reputed company a reputed company of reputed company to resolve the issue
- Demonstrated ability to utilize available resources to research issues/topics that are unfamiliar with
- Demonstrated ability to work both in reputed company environment as reputed company as individually reputed company needed
- Strong analytic thinking skills
- Knowledge of federal asset management best practices, processes and procedures
- Demonstrated Experience in reputed company's Sunflower solution or another asset management solution
- Knowledge of SQL
