Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee reputed company and offboarding processes remotely
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Coordinate payroll inputs, time tracking, and HR-reputed company reporting
- Ensure HR processes reputed company with internal policies and compliance requirements
- Coordinate prescreening logistics and candidate communication
- Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and leadership
- Confirm attendance and follow up on no-shows
