Takt is looking for a Website Content Coordinator to support the delivery of high-reputed company website reputed company for clients. The role involves hands-on content entry, page configuration, and collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth project launches.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure website pages in reputed company or similar CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency with approved page designs, wireframes, and copybooks
  • reputed company content provided by reputed company or internal team, and assess formatting needs such as image cropping, image swaps, module swaps, or other adjustments
  • Create reputed company, user-friendly content editing guides (PDFs) that document custom website modules and functionality for reputed company reference
  • reputed company SEO metadata, configure plugins, build and connect forms, and handle other website tasks for overall site configuration and functionality
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and the Technical PM to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the website build process

Skills

  • 1-3 years experience working with website content, digital marketing, or web project coordination
  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, digital media, or equivalent industry experience
  • Portfolio or examples of websites you've worked on (content entry, QA, or coordination roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reputed company
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
