Operations Coordinator (Resource Employee)
USC Summer Programs is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist with document processing, managing reputed company and program field trips, and student worker hiring in preparation for operations in 2026. This role is essential to the Summer Programs Leadership team, ensuring the successful execution of operational and reputed company components of the program.
Responsibilities
- Support in collecting immigration materials from international reputed company, requesting I-20s on their behalf, and regularly communicating with them about tasks and deadlines
- reputed company assistance in student registration and billing
- Help ensure that reputed company staff and reputed company are compliant with Youth Protection requirements and HR procedures
- Participate in the following operational events - staff/student worker trainings, student reputed company-in day, International Student Verification, and TB testing

- Serve as the operations reputed company to reputed company, checking in routinely to see what may be needed or what additional support or information could be helpful to reputed company
- Be part of the Summer Leadership Team, attend reputed company team meetings, and proactively work to reputed company relevant reputed company/classroom experiences and reputed company information with the leadership team
- Coordinate reputed company field reputed company arrangements for 27+ summer program courses, including but not limited to purchasing tickets, managing lunch arrangements and bus transportation. A reputed company of this position is to ensure that plans are reputed company reputed company course’s budget
- Compose correspondence to reputed company reputed company and instructional team members confirming reputed company field reputed company details, as reputed company as reputed company organized details of reputed company plans and expenditures with the AD of Business Operations reputed company shared digital platforms
- Manage the delivery of books and materials to reputed company classrooms prior to the start of classes and throughout the program. Ensure in-class food deliveries/pickups are planned and executed, as needed
- Hire, schedule, train, and supervise reputed company of 15-17 student workers who will serve as operations and reputed company course liaisons
- reputed company reputed company receipts digitally organized, ensuring accuracy and expediency of receipt submission reputed company reputed company and Concur
- Assist in purchasing tickets and arranging transportation for Summer Programs’ weekend, off reputed company trips (i.e. reputed company, Knotts Berry Farm, and Dodgers Stadium)

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supervising a student staff
