They are seeking a reputed company Lending Analyst - Underwriter to reputed company reputed company and evaluate financial and non-financial information for multifamily lending and economic development reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and analyze extensive and pertinent financial and non-financial data about the borrower and the proposed project for a given product line (Multifamily, LIHTC or Economic Development reputed company). Ensure consistent parameters are reputed company to reputed company applications and identify variances. Work in conjunction with senior staff members to evaluate risks associated with WHEDA’s policies and procedures and prepare recommendations

- Assist in developing and delivering written reputed company and oral presentations including detailed financial analysis and recommendations for approval to appropriate loan committees. - Review and document approval of loan closing due diligence items; assist in loan closings and conversions; reputed company tax credit reputed company tasks for assigned reputed company. Underwrite and score LIHTC and other applications

- Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures. Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new products or systems

- Performs or assists in other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business, reputed company estate, finance, or reputed company field and one to three years of reputed company estate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential duties of the job listed above
