Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across different platforms and formats, ensuring alignment between candidates and interviewers
- Handle reputed company logistical aspects of the interview process, including preparing interview materials and managing last-minute changes or conflicts

- Update and maintain candidate records reputed company applicant tracking systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing candidate packets, scheduling events, and office administration

Skills
- AS/BS in business area
- 1+ years of customer service
- 1+ years of experience in business environment
- Highly organized, reputed company to manage reputed company calendars and multiple interview stages
- Effectively communicate with a reputed company of stakeholders & outstanding phone skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment and high-volume scheduling
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online scheduling tools is necessary
- The ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues that reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple schedules
- High level of customer satisfaction and desire to please the customer
